With over 14 years of experience, she has held key roles such as Senior Research Analyst at CBRE for the Southeast Region and Director of Research at Colliers International. During her tenure at CBRE, a Fortune 500 and S&P 500 company, Kelsey played a pivotal role in collecting, analyzing, and communicating market data for the Middle Tennessee commercial real estate market across various property types. Her responsibilities included maintaining and supporting diverse CBRE clients, spanning institutional investors to Fortune 500 companies. Demonstrating a passion for operational excellence, Kelsey continues to make substantial contributions to the growth and success of the organizations she is associated with. At RealSite Commercial, she leverages her deep knowledge of the Middle Tennessee real estate market to provide clients and her team with operational excellence.

Emily Ward is a dynamic professional with eight years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Currently serving as the Marketing Manager at RealSite, she plays a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s identity and overseeing the creation of all branding collateral. Emily’s expertise lies in crafting compelling marketing materials and cultivating the RealSite brand to resonate with clients and stakeholders. Prior to her current role, Emily served as a Client Services Specialist at CBRE, where she actively supported brokers in all phases of the listing lifecycle. Her responsibilities included engaging with clients, creating marketing materials, and providing invaluable assistance to ensure smooth transactions. With her hands-on experience in client relations and marketing strategies, Emily brings a wealth of knowledge to her role at RealSite, driving the success and growth of the brand through her strategic initiatives.

Ursula Hoover is a skilled professional with over five years of experience in both residential and commercial real estate. She is currently serving as the Transaction Coordinator for RealSite Commercial providing elevated and ongoing support of all real estate transaction activities. Ursula helps improve existing methods and processes for the team through her work in project initiation, transaction and project activity tracking, and client communication. Prior to joining RealSite, Ursula served as a Client Support Specialist at CBRE, where she actively supported brokers through the entire listing lifecycle. With a focus on client experience, she excelled in creating impactful marketing materials and was a vital part of successful transactions.
